The Scape headset will only charge in the charging cradle if it is placed back in the correct orientation. As there is only one battery that is installed in the left ear cup (side with the microphone) and only one side of the charging cradle that has the magnetic wireless charger.
The easiest way to make sure that he headset is in the charging cradle correctly is to make sure that the cutout for the detachable microphone boom arm is properly lined up. You also may feel the magnetic wireless charger "grip" onto the left ear cup when it is set in the charging dock.
Also if you have the RGB LEDs turned on, you will see them turn off when the headset is properly seated in the charging cradle. (As shown in the video below)
So if you're RGB LEDs stay on when the headset is sitting in the charging cradle it is not properly seated.
