Following the announcement of the Intel Core 12000 series of processors, we want to touch on the next steps for Fractal CPU Coolers.
The Lumen, Celsius, and Celsius+ will be compatible with the LGA 1700 socket.
Existing users of these coolers, and customers of the stock currently available at resellers, can now apply for an upgrade retention bracket kit, provided free of charge, here.
For future customers, we aim to include LGA 1700 compatibility right out of the box. This will happen gradually as we replenish our stock with updated units, which will include the LGA 1700 retention bracket kit.
Please note that, due to current challenges with global logistics, there will be some delays with kits reaching their destination. A timeline will be communicated as soon as possible. Latest updates can be found here.
We look forward to seeing the Lumen, Celsius and Celsius+ used in builds featuring LGA 1700 hardware as soon as possible.
